Our philosophy & The way we do things... 

Scalability

We are not about custom software development.  We are about a platform for the financial services industry, focused in common and not particular organizational challenges.  While observing particular requirements, we aim to issolate and focus in cross-industry challenges.

Pareto & Customer Focus

We concentrate our efforts & resources to excel in those things that generate genuine customer value.  We assign all our resources to that 20% of things that deliver 80% of value to our customers.  We challenge every initiative against this rule, elminating everything that does not deliver sufficient customer value… code, features, buttons, text, images, anything.

Kiss

Keep It Simple, Stupid.  Everything we do needs to be simple for our users & customers, not for us. Once we assign resources to the 20% of things that deliver 80% of customer value, we thrive to deliver simple solutions to any challenge.  User interfaces and experience must be simple, clear and quick.  We don’t design solutions for engineers, we design solutions for our users.  

Everything is Beta

Everything we do can be improved and as a result, we are in permanent Beta.  We are always thinking of new and better ways to deliver customer value and improve our applications.  We keep an open door policy and listen to our users, assimilating feedback and releasing small but permanent updates to our applications.

No Re-Invention

We focus our creativity in solving problems without available solutions.  We don’t waste our and our customer’s time in developing more solutions to already solved problems.  We welcome and integrate existing technology and solutions that bring us closer to our customers.

Ethics

We keep our word to all our stakeholders.  We don´t break our promises and don’t renegotiate closed deals.  We aim to build long lasting relationships with our customers, suppliers, collaborators and every company or individual that’s related to our company.  We do this by complying with regulations and treating others with the respect and values we treat ourselves.

Environment & Society

We care about the environment and collaborate in every way we can to make our world a better and greener place.  We share part of our time & resources with social development organizations that envision a world with more opportunities for everyone.
