We are a mission driven team, most of us have worked together for many years in the financial services industry, focused in operations and IT development. Our Board of Directors is formed by industry leaders and technical experts that bring vast expertise and valuable perspectives to our company.

Federico Cella has spent 16 years working hand to hand with financial advisors and insurance agents. At the age of 17, Federico joined an incipient family owned insurance brokerage firm and started using technology to enhance the company's value proposition to financial advisors and end customers. That small venture is now the largest financial services wholesaler in Latin America. He left the company´s Managing Director position to start up Lynkos in 2009.

At Lynkos, Federico delivers valuable industry know-how required to identify potential customers’ needs and conceive practical and high impact solutions. This knowledge combined with a high level of creativity, great passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and proven execution skills make him a keystone element in the creation and development of our company.

Federico’s academic background includes Business Management, Strategic Direction and Six Sigma.

Gabriel Colla is a serial entrepreneur and former CEO of one of Latin America's top software development companies, strongly focused on the financial services industry, branches in Puerto Rico, Santiago and Mexico, and customers in 17 countries.

His expertise in selecting and developing technology for a great variety of companies, many of them in the financial services industry, are essential in the development of Lynkos' applications. He knows and dominates the key success elements in the use of technology to support different business models, how to select the companies or teams to participate in various project stages, and how to manage development processes with a top-down approach that guarantees both product quality and budget control.

Gabriel holds an engineering degree. His awards & recognitions include:

Andrés Cerisola is an expert in entrepreneurship and international business, he chairs the Institute of Law at the ORT Business School (the largest Uruguayan private university), he is a director of Endeavor, and he is a member of the Uruguayan Academy of Economics. He has taught courses on Business Transactions, Corporations and Corporate Finance, Business Law, International Trade, Telecom Regulation, Economics, and International Finance.

Andrés is an Udelar JD and a Harvard LLM. He chaired the Harvard Latin American Studies Association in 1991-1992 and is an active member of Harvard Alumni Association.

Andrés Cerisola is the managing partner of FERRERE (www.ferrere.com), and a partner at CPA/FERRERE. The FERRERE group has more than 500 members.

Michele Santo has developed vast expertise in financial markets and services over a long and successful professional career. He has been awarded with global honors & multiple acknowledgements, and invited as keynote speaker to various international conferences. Michele provides advisory services to global decision makers. He has worked for various types of financial services institutions, and trained hundreds of financial advisors in multiple markets.

Michele is Udelar BA in Economics, and a University of Chicago MA and Ph.D in Economics, specialized in International Economics, Money and Banking. He is an active fellow of the International School of Economic Research of the Universitá di Siena.

Current Executive Positions

Michele is an Investments Director at AIVA (www.aiva.com), a financial services wholesaler and TPA in Latin America. AIVA has operations in +20 countries and operates through +150 broker networks and insurance agencies in the region.

Jorge Redondo has vast experience as IT Manager for various public and private companies in different spaces, such as pharmaceuticals, retail and finance. His technical expertise, combined with relevant industry knowledge and great management skills make him a invaluable asset to Lynkos.

At Lynkos, Jorge is responsible for managing all areas related to our product development strategy. This includes managing our internal development and technical teams, as well as negotiation and coordination with multiple offsite development teams, in multiple countries.

Jorge is a software engineer and holds a Master in Information Technology.

Conrado Deambrosis has more than 15 years experience in strategic planning, negotiation and customer engagement. His professional background includes roles such as Licensing Sales Specialist at Microsoft and leading sales development processes at several financial services brokerage firms. Conrados’ soft skills, combined with his experience in the technology and financial services sectors, make him a valuable asset for Lynkos and our customers.

Conrado holds a BA in Business Management, an MBA and a Master Degree in HR and Strategic Direction from IESE, University of Navarra.
